Data Centers Designed for Security.  Our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) hosting facilities were literally designed from the ground up for security. When our team first assembled, our goal was to develop a voice authentication platform capable of supporting the largest financial institutions in the United States -- while providing the highest levels of information security. We worked with several large banks, security consultants and our data center partners: we succeeded and have since passed numerous security audits.

All customer voice prints are encrypted and stored within a secure database. All external access to our servers is strictly controlled using SSL connections and/or VPN tunnels. And, separate client credentials and API security keys are required for all function calls. Our data centers feature extensive physical and electronic security protocols and monitored and staffed 24x365.

Industry Compliance.  Our highly secure data centers, simple system architecture, light data footprint, and strict policy to store no personally identifiable infomation (PII) allow us to be fully compliant with a number of critical acts, regulations, and industry guidance. Examples include:
