Database and Information Security. VBG’s voiceprints, client keys, customer keys, and other potentially sensitive information are stored in proprietary and encrypted formats within our secure databases. And by policy, we do not allow personally identifiable information (PII) to be stored by any clients.
For most organizations, we provide excellent information and physical security programs. All of our data center and IVR facilities are SAS70 Type 2 certified. Further, we provide optional PCI Level 3 certification for clients in the financial services industry.
