Our flagship offering is the VBG VSP™ system delivered via our fully hosted and managed Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) facilities. Our SaaS hosting facilities consist of 5 geographically separate call and data centers that are configured to provide redundancy, reliability, scalability, and security. Clients subscribing to VBG's SaaS platform experience many benefits, including:

VBG’s SaaS hosting environment supports two separate and distinct functions: voice biometric services and optional telephony and IVR services:

Biometric Services.  Both verification and identification capabilities are available as a web service. Our administrative dashboard provides full control of a variety of functions, including: user provisioning, audio diagnostics, high-level engine parameters, service logging, data reporting, anti-fraud rules, alerting, etc.

Optional Telephony and IVR Services.  We offer a fully hosted IVR system, utilizing the latest VoiceXML, CCXML, and CallXML standards. Support for a number of ASR and TTS tools is provided as well. We can provision hundreds or thousands of VoiceXML ports, as well as local, toll-free, and international telephone numbers.
